Refund policy

At HomeLuxeDecor, we want you to love what you buy. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was received
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

To start a return, please email us at support@homeluxedecor.ca with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped. If you need an exchange, please contact us with the details.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as processing may have already started.
