We currently ship across India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at support@homeluxedecor.ca before placing an order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Time

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days (depending on your location)
  • Delays: During sales, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather), delivery may take slightly longer

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999
  • For orders below ₹999, a small shipping fee will be calculated at checkout

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also contact us directly if you face any issues tracking your order.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as per the situation.
